Long before the term 'farm-to-table' existed, our family held a deep connection to the land and its bounty. From the winding and unpaved roads of the Dolomites, where I delivered bread as a boy, to securing a loan to start my first restaurant (Da Silvio). Our story is inextricably linked to the rhythm of the seasons and delicacy of a dish. We're introducing you to our origins.

  • Special Orders (Austin-area only): Similar to the ways I grew up We make things in bulk batches, tomato sauce, fresh pesto, spinach gnocchi, etc. We can provide the meals for you and your family.
