Serena brings 8+ years of experience in food and beverage serving, bartending, and now managing the marketing for a James Beard Nominated Cocktail Bar, Courtland Club. Serena's marketing and communications experience extends beyond food & beverage with 5 years working in small business training and development, leading the community engagement strategy for an audience of program alumni and business advisors. She's created trainings, workshops, and programs for hundreds of early-stage entrepreneurs. 

Additionally, Serena freelances for thought leaders, writers, and creatives to sequence their marketing strategy through social media, email, and online content. For Mannavini, she records and photographs the recipes and is developing a new product to display their content, such as a Recipe Club subscription. She has a B.S. in International Business and a M.S. in Global Tourism and Sustainable Economic Development.
